Q. How long does shipping take?
A. Products will be shipped out to any place in Australia within 5 working days of ordering.
Q. Can I get product shipped quicker?
A. Yes with an additional cost of express post.
Q. Can I get product shipped overseas?
A. Yes with additional international shipping cost. The time taken for delivery will depend on the shipping/postage service chosen.
Q. Can I return the goods?
A. Yes. Our return policy allows you to return the goods and refund will be made post inspection of the product for damages and tampering. All products are quality controlled and checked by the manufacturer and shipping agent before shipping.Returns must be made within 14 Days of dispatch.
Q. What happens if the product is different to what I think I have bought?
A. We try to capture the unique and beautiful essence of each product, and true colours in all our photographs. The differences might arise from the fact that we yield 20 cushions from one Kimono or Obi and they all come from different cuts of the fabric so no two are the same. Therefore there may be slight variations from the photographs. Some fabrics are hand-dyed and hand-sewn. This is what makes Arctic Oriental and Caldera Collective products truly unique and individual. If you are unhappy with the product please return in accordance with our returns policy.

We accept payments by Secure Pay. Payments are to be made at time of ordering. An instant receipt of payment and purchase with an estimated shipping time will be sent. If you require goods to be sent overseas or by express please use the appropriate fields.
